ORDER CONFIRMATION
By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer's order, a written and binding agreement is entered between the customer and at17c.com. Once an order is completed on at17c.com, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors or an incorrect stock level at the time of receiving the order, we reserve the right to not deliver the order. Should we be unable to fulfil the order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
AGE RESTRICTION
If the customer is under 18, permission must be obtained from a parent or guardian, in order to make a purchase on at17c.com.
PAYMENT
at17c.com accepts Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Paypal. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to at17c.com, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorised sources from accessing customer information. at17c.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. If payment is through PayPal, the customer can safely transfer money for the transaction with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and an encrypted connection.
If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website.
The amount will not be withdrawn from your card until your order has been dispatched.
All prices for EU based customers include Danish VAT; this will automatically be removed for all Non-EU customers. On at17c.com prices are shown in the following currencies: Danish Kroner (DKK), British Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euro (EUR) and U.S. Dollars (USD).
WARRANTY
All products from at17c.com come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact customer service at contact@at17c.com.
LOCAL LEVIES/ TAXES & DUTIES
Local charges (customs duty, sales tax, etc.) can occur depending on your region and local customs legislation. These charges are at your own expense.
VAT EXEMPT PURCHASES (FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU)
We offer tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges. VAT (25% of the total price) is automatically deducted based on your location.
*U.S. TAX AND DUTY
at17c.com can send for 800 USD free of taxes and duty per shipment due to the increase in U.S. de minimis.
Please note, local customs authorities may hold your package for review which may cause delays. In this instance, at17c is not responsible for any delays or charges given by local tax authorities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, including property rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights in connection with at17c products, trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to at17c. at17c trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to at17c or at17c’s suppliers.
RETURNS
at17c.com offers returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odor, in their original packaging and containing all tags, or will otherwise not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we strongly advise you to send the package with a traceable service, so it can be located.
